Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Technology Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and secure enterprise-level technology solutions. This role will involve leveraging agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring operational resilience, and promoting best practices across various technology domains.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise technology solutions, adhering to best practices in system design and architecture. Manage configuration and release processes, including continuous deployment and release pipelines, for critical business applications. Oversee source control and code management, ensuring version control, branching strategies, and code quality standards are maintained. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies for enterprise technology initiatives. Contribute to and implement information security policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive data and systems. Perform relational data modeling to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analytics requirements. Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, improve system efficiency, and enhance operational workflows. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on agility core practices and technical best practices. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Analyze system performance and operational data to identify areas for improvement and ensure service operations and resilience. Manage and lead aspects of digital project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize technology solutions. Job Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise technology engineering with a strong understanding of system design principles. Demonstrated expertise in agility core practices, including experience coaching and facilitating agile ceremonies. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and system management. Solid understanding of source control and code management tools (e.g., Git) and best practices. Experience with continuous deployment and release methodologies and tools. Strong knowledge of configuration management and related tools. Practical experience in relational data modelling and database concepts. Familiarity with information security principles and practices. Ability to conduct effective risk management and develop mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and present complex technical information clearly. Experience in service operations and resilience planning. Exposure to digital project management methodologies and tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Legal Disclaimer:
