Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, applying the latest technology and industry expertise, and creating innovative products and experiences that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze requirements, and ensure that the solutions align with the overall business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: o Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. o Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. o Proven experience in stakeholder management and clear communication. o Skilled in designing and implementing scalable IT solutions. o Familiar with project management methodologies and best practices.
