Summary: The Data Center Simulation Platform Lead will architect and manage an enterprise-grade multi-domain simulation ecosystem combining Cadence (electrical & thermal), ETAP (power systems), and NVIDIA (AIR, Omniverse, Modulus, Clara) platforms. This role drives convergence of physics-based and AI-based simulations to enable predictive, real-time digital twins for hyperscale and sustainable data centers. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead design and integration of a unified data center simulation platform spanning power, cooling, airflow, and network domains. 2. Establish interoperability between Cadence Clarity/Voltus, ETAP, and NVIDIA AIR / Omniverse / Modulus. 3. Leverage NVIDIA Omniverse for 3D visualization, collaboration, and simulation orchestration. 4. Integrate NVIDIA Modulus for physics-informed AI modeling and Clara for AI-driven facility health monitoring. 5. Develop simulation-data pipelines connecting real-time telemetry (IoT, BMS, SCADA) with the platform. 6. Define digital twin standards and ensure accurate simulation-to-operation correlation. 7. Drive AI-enhanced scenario planning, capacity forecasting, and sustainability optimization. 8. Manage DevOps for simulation (CI/CD, version control, containerized workflows). 9. Mentor cross-functional teams and collaborate with OEMs, facility engineers, and AI experts to expand simulation capability maturity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: 1. Expert knowledge of ETAP, Cadence, and NVIDIA simulation tools (AIR, Omniverse, Modulus). 2. Proven experience in multi-physics modeling, data center infrastructure, and GPU-accelerated computing. 3. Strong understanding of digital twin architecture, data orchestration, and simulation automation. 4. Skilled in Python, APIs, and orchestration frameworks for integrating simulation engines and operational data. Good to have: 5. Experience building AI-driven simulation CoEs or platform engineering teams. 6. Knowledge of CFD, AI-based thermal optimization, and renewable energy modeling. Additional Info: 1. Candidate should have minimum 14 to 18 years of experience. 2. This position is based at Bengaluru, Pune locations.
