Summary: Anchor AI/GenAI strategy in digital engineering across industries (auto, aero, industrials). Roles & Responsibilities: o Define AI/GenAI strategy across PLM, ERP, MES. o Lead transformation programs with measurable KPIs. o Participate and lead client and partner ecosystems (Siemens, Dassault, NVIDIA). o Drive AI/ML adoption in engineering lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: o Proven AI/GenAI/Agentic AI leadership. o ML/DL for CAD/CAE/PLM data. o GenAI copilots (RAG pipelines, vector DB integration). o Simulation-driven AI (physics-informed ML). o MLOps with engineering datasets. o Edge/cloud AI orchestration. Good to Have Skills: o PLM (Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE). o AI/GenAI for PLM/CAE. o Digital Twin ecosystems. Additional Info: o Candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience. o A BTech/BE is required. o Executive storytelling. o Outcome-first mindset. o Thought leadership in digital thread.
