Summary: Deliver hands-on AI/ML solutions for process and discrete manufacturing plants. Roles & Responsibilities: o Build predictive models for yield, throughput, maintenance. o Deploy CV solutions for shop-floor safety (PPE, forklift, defect detection). o Enable edge AI models for real-time analytics. o Integrate ML pipelines with MES/SCADA. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: o Build ML models for yield/throughput forecasting. o Deploy CV models for safety (PPE, forklift, defect detection). o Implement anomaly detection on PLC/SCADA data. o Package and deploy edge ML solutions. o ML/AI coding & deployment. o Edge ML familiarity. Good to Have Skills: o Manufacturing domain knowledge. o Hands-on with MES/SCADA systems. o CPG, pharma, automotive manufacturing exposure. o OT sensor data understanding. Additional Info: o Candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience. o A BTech/BE is required. o Hands-on problem solver. o Focused on plant efficiency outcomes.
