Summary: Lead AI/ML transformation in manufacturing industries (CPG, pharma, auto, industrials). Roles & Responsibilities: o Define AI/GenAI strategy for OT/IT integration, predictive manufacturing, and safety. o Govern AI programs across plants. o Participate and lead in shaping AI-driven digital manufacturing thought leadership. o Drive co-innovation with partners (NVIDIA, Intel, Siemens). Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: o Leadership in AI/ML/GenAI for manufacturing. o Time-series ML for OT/IT integration. o Computer vision for quality/safety. o GenAI copilots for shop floor documentation. o Multi-agent orchestration for plant optimization. o Edge/cloud AI deployment with compliance. o Edge & Cloud AI expertise. Good to Have Skills: o MES, SCADA, PLCs. o Manufacturing processes (discrete & process). o Industry standards (ISA-95/88, OPC UA, MQTT). o Domain expertise in CPG, pharma, auto, industrials. Additional Info: o Candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience. o A BTech/BE is required. o Industry visionary. o CxO-level influencer. o Outcome-driven KPIs (OEE, yield, defect reduction).
