Summary: As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply the latest technology and industry expertise, ensuring the creation of better products and experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. You will engage in discussions that shape the direction of projects, providing insights and guidance to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in technology implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles. - Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns. - Proficient in cloud computing platforms and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
