Summary: As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply the latest technology and industry expertise, ensuring the creation of better products and experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. You will engage in discussions that shape the direction of projects, providing insights and guidance to enhance overall performance and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM Db2, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and architectures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Database Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
