Summary: As a Technical Architect within the Non-Production Environment team, you will be instrumental in defining the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our development, testing, and staging landscapes. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product owners, and environment engineers to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical designs, ensuring alignment with best practices and driving the adoption of modern infrastructure technologies and automation strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions for compute, storage, networking, and security within these environments, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team, and ensuring that the architecture supports the agility and velocity required for our software development lifecycle. As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply the latest technology and industry expertise, ensuring the creation of better products and experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze requirements, and design innovative solutions that align with business objectives, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Architecture, Network Architecture and Design, Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design, Server Architecture & Virtualization, VMWare - Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture strategies. - Proficient in stakeholder management and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
