Summary: As a Network Architect within the Non-Production Environment team, you will be instrumental in transforming the network infrastructure supporting our development, testing, and staging environments. You will be responsible for designing and implementing modern, scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures, leveraging technologies like software-defined networking (SDN), network automation, and cloud networking services. Collaborating closely with compute, storage, and security architects, as well as environment engineers and development teams, you will define network blueprints, establish network standards, lead the implementation of network transformation projects, and ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance for all non-production workloads, ultimately enabling greater agility and efficiency in our software development lifecycle. As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, applying the latest technology and industry expertise to design innovative solutions, and ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose enhancements that lead to improved products and experiences. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and facilitating knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovative solutions. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance the enterprise architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Architecture and Design. WAN: WAN Routers, Optimizers/Accelerators, Load Balancers o LAN: Switches, Routers, WLCs and WAPs Security and Remote Access services: Firewalls, VPN design and solutions o Unified communications: Cisco UCaaS based services, MRA services, Jabber, WebEx and Video services o IP Services: DHCP, DNS, TACACS o Network Tools: Syslog, Monitoring, Automation, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence services for Intelligent Operations o Meraki, Dell, NSX, F5, Avi, Cisco & Dell routers/switches, Infoblox, Arista, Fortinet, Azure NSG - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network security best practices and solutions. - Ability to design scalable and resilient network infrastructures. - Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
