Summary: As a Business Analyst you will assess an organization's operations to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. This involves gathering and analyzing data, understanding business needs, and recommending changes to processes, systems, or products. Ultimately, BAs help businesses become more efficient, effective, and aligned with their goals. Roles & Responsibilities: o Analyze business operations across people, processes, data, and technology. o Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. o Develop and propose solutions involving systems, processes, or products. o Document clear and actionable business requirements. o Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. o Support solution implementation through testing, training, and monitoring. Professional & Technical Skills: o Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns. o Excellent verbal and written communication for effective collaboration. o Proven problem-solving ability to develop and evaluate solutions. o Proficient in relevant technologies, software, and data analysis tools. o Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across teams.
