Summary: As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, applying the latest technology and industry expertise to design innovative solutions, and ensuring that the products and experiences created meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose enhancements that align with the organization's strategic goals. Your role will also include mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the technology landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with back-end technologies including RESTful services and database management. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable architecture for applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
