Summary: Lead AI/ML/GenAI strategy for large-scale capital projects, shaping how data & AI transform design, execution, and asset delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: o Define AI/GenAI strategy across GIS, Oracle Construction, ERP, and digital twin platforms. o Govern multi-year programs with EPC/owner-operators. o Participate and lead client/partner ecosystems. o Shape packaged offerings for capital project clients. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: o Proven delivery of AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI programs. o Hands-on with ML (time-series, anomaly detection, predictive models). o Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras). o GenAI/LLM tuning (OpenAI, LLaMA, Falcon, HuggingFace). o Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI). o MLOps (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, drift monitoring). o Edge & Cloud AI deployment (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI). Good To Have Skills: o EPC/Capital Project IT expertise. o Oracle Construction Suite, Primavera, GIS (ESRI). o Integration with ERP and Digital Twin platforms. o Construction risk and cost analytics Additional Info: o Candidate should have a minimum 12-15 years of experience o A BTech/BE is required. o CxO advisory leadership. o Outcome-driven (schedule adherence, cost reduction). o Influencer across EPC ecosystems.
