Job Summary We are looking for experienced API & Integration Leads to join our API Management practice. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in Kubernetes and API development, with a strong understanding of modern integration patterns. Hands-on experience in Kong platform setup and deployment is mandatory. Key Responsibilities o Lead the design and implementation of scalable API solutions using Kubernetes and modern frameworks. o Drive integration architecture across cloud and hybrid environments. o Define and enforce API governance, security, and lifecycle management. o Promote adoption of Kong and other APIM tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway). o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. o Support client engagements, solutioning, and proposal development. o Lead platform setup, deployment automation, and environment configuration for Kong. Required Skills o Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Kong platform setup and deployment. o Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring). o Proficiency in API development using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC. o Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices. o Familiarity with API security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, API keys). o Solid understanding of microservices architecture and integration patterns. Good to Have o Experience with other APIM platforms like Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway. o Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd). o Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). Qualifications o Manager: 12+ years of experience in integration and API development. o Associate Manager: 8+ years of experience in integration and API development. o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
