3+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B software sales (e.g., SaaS, CRM, ERP, cloud platforms).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in complex sales cycles.
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes with long cycles (6-12 months+).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
