Role Overview
As an Enterprise Services Solution Architect & Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing, tailoring, and delivering integrated ES solutions. This dual role requires you to act as both a strategic solution designer and a hands-on consultant. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs, co-create solutions by leveraging Siemens Healthineers' global portfolio, and lead consulting projects that translate strategies into measurable results. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of business design, healthcare transformation, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with ES Business Development, Key Account Managers, and clinical experts to translate customer requirements into value-focused ES solutions.
• Design, package, and position solutions that combine Managed Services, Digital Health, Consulting, and Clinical Center of Excellence offerings.
• Act as the trusted advisor to customers, providing insights into operational optimization, digital adoption, clinical workflows, and financial models.
• Deliver consulting projects across a wide range of topics, including workflow efficiency, digital hospital blueprints, capacity optimization, cost reduction, and facility planning.
• Facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops to engage clinical leaders, administrators, and financial decision-makers, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Integrate Siemens Healthineers' global expertise with local market needs, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and impactful in India's healthcare context.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality project delivery, adhering to timelines, budgets, and defined success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to bring innovative methodologies, tools, and digital solutions into projects.
• Provide structured feedback to the global ES portfolio team, supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support the measurement of outcomes post-project delivery to demonstrate tangible value for customers.
• Contribute to the development of the ES consulting brand in India by participating in thought leadership initiatives, publications, and industry dialogues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related discipline; MBA, MHA, or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years' experience in healthcare consulting, hospital operations, or enterprise solution design, ideally with exposure to large provider systems.
• Strong grounding in consultative sales, solution packaging, and project-based delivery.
• Knowledge of clinical pathways, hospital operations, and digital transformation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analyses (financial, operational, clinical) and synthesize findings into actionable solutions.
• Advanced communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives and clinical leaders alike.
• Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and engaging cross-functional stakeholders in matrix organizations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations.
• High degree of adaptability and resilience, with willingness to travel across India for project delivery.
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and shaping long-term partnerships with providers.
