Enterprise SalesLocation Mumbai / Hyderabad / Gurugram / Chennai / BangaloreWe are looking for an Enterprise Salesperson to join our high energy team.As part of your day-to-day work, you will be

  • Managing and forecasting a sales pipeline
  • Connecting with the relevant decision makers: CEOs/Founders/HRs/Wellness Heads/Rewards Team/Compensation & Benefits Team.
  • Communicating constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve sales pipeline
  • Proactively sourcing new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions
  • Researching accounts to understand the needs, enabling effective follow-up, and generating interest
  • Becoming an expert in Corporate health benefits, wellness, and primary healthcare
Compensation
  • Compensation will depend on the last drawn salary and the quality of the candidate
  • The variable pay / bonus structure will be shared only during the interview
Must Haves
  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 5 years of B2B Sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing Health Tech/SaaS/ Startup/Insurance Broking
