We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Representative to own and drive revenue from strategic enterprise accounts. This role involves hunting new large customers, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term high-value relationships with CXO / senior business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identify, target and acquire new enterprise customers through a strategic prospecting & outbound approach* Own the complete sales cycle - discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, contracting and closing* Build deep relationships with CXO / VP / Director level decision makers across assigned accounts* Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and deliver consultative solution selling* Create and manage robust sales pipeline via CRM and forecasting tools* Prepare proposals, RFP responses, product demos and business cases* Work closely with Solutions / Pre-Sales, Implementation and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes* Track competition, market moves, pricing models and industry trends* Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets*
Requirements:
5+ years proven Enterprise B2B sales experience in technology / SaaS / complex solutions* Strong track record of meeting revenue targets and managing large deal cycles* Excellent negotiation, articulation and executive communication skills* Ability to clearly translate business needs to product value and ROI* Existing network in enterprise segment will be a strong advantage* Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / Zoho) and digital sales tools*
