Preferred candidate profile
Any graduate, preferably MBA in Marketing
Minimum 2-year experience in Sales (Preferably from Enterprise Business, Telecom/ISP Sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Passion for enterprise sales and a desire to build a successful career in the field.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on new challenges.
Role & responsibilities
Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.
Assist Key Account Managers in identifying and prospecting potential clients within the enterprise sector.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients under the guidance of experienced team members.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
