About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

Enterprise Sales Professional

to drive adoption of our

AI-powered Customer Experience solutions

across large enterprises in APAC region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in

Key Responsibilities



Enterprise Sales Leadership

: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow enterprise accounts in APAC Region.

Solution Selling

: Position AI-driven customer experience solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.

RFP Management

: Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.

Global Collaboration

: Work closely with global product, marketing, and delivery teams to align on customer requirements and solution offerings.

Pipeline Development

: Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship management.

Market Insights

: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and CX.

Qualifications



Experience

: 2+ years in enterprise solution sales, preferably in

AI, SaaS, or Customer Experience technologies

.

Track Record

: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.

RFP Expertise

: Strong experience in managing complex RFP processes.

Collaboration

: Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
