Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales & Business Development:
Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large fintech, banking, and NBFC clients. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and positionsolutions effectively.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging f intech innovations.
Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business expansion. Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Key Requirements: Experience: More than 3 years in enterprise sales within a fintech company.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS, API-based fintech solutions, and digital lending.
Proven Track Record: Successful experience in B2B solution sales, particularly in financial services.
Networking: Well-connected with banking, NBFC, and fintech ecosystem stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Role & responsibilities
