Job Summary:
The
Enterprise Sales Manager - CPaaS
will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding enterprise-level clients by offering customized CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) solutions -- including SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, and Email communication services.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Business Development
Identify and onboard large enterprise clients across BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, retail, and other key sectors.
Generate qualified leads through market research, referrals, and corporate networking.
Develop tailored communication strategies for each client to align CPaaS offerings with business needs.
Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle -- from lead generation to closure and post-deployment support coordination.
Solution Selling & Client Consultation
Conduct deep-dive requirement analysis and design appropriate CPaaS solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to create proposals, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
Present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value enterprise deals.
Ensure complete understanding of client APIs, campaign requirements, and workflow automation.
Account Management & Growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
Ensure client satisfaction, timely project execution, and service renewals.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across communication channels (SMS ? WhatsApp ? Voice ? Email).
Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise customers.
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline in CRM (Zoho).
Work closely with internal departments -- technical, finance, and legal -- for seamless client onboarding.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline progress, closures, and revenue forecasts.
