New business acquisition and key account management for cross-border payouts under LRS through Flyremit's digital platform and APIs.?

? Online Travel Agencies (OTAs),Overseas education consultants, Education/travel fee aggregators and other large intermediaries dealing in outward remittances.??

Location:
Delhi-NCR (open to travel as required).?

CTC:
As per industry norms (fixed + performance-linked incentives).

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in cross-border payments and LRS.

Notice Period:
Max. 1 month or 45 days.
Key responsibilities.
? Acquire and onboard large OTAs, overseas education consultants, and aggregators for global payout and LRS remittance use cases (tuition, travel, maintenance, visa, etc.).?
? Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, CXO-level pitches, solutioning, commercial negotiation, contracting, and go-live.?
? Deeply understand client payment flows and map them to Flyremit's API-based global payout and collection solutions, ensuring compliant LRS journeys.?
? Build a strong, predictable pipeline; consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets.?
? Act as the primary relationship owner for key accounts, driving product adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and higher throughput across corridors and use-cases.?
? Coordinate with product, operations, compliance, and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and post-go-live support for enterprise clients.?
? Represent Flyremit at industry events, roadshows, and partner conferences across travel and overseas education ecosystems.??
Candidate profile
?
Education:
Graduate (minimum); MBA or equivalent in Business/Finance/Marketing preferred.
?
Experience:
? 4-6 years in B2B/enterprise sales in fintech, payments, or banking; exposure to cross-border payments/outward remittances/LRS will be a strong plus.?
? Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets in a hunting or enterprise-sales role.?
Skills and competencies
? Strong understanding of the
digital cross-border payments ecosystem
, particularly outward remittances under LRS (education, travel, maintenance and other permitted purposes).?

Working knowledge of:
? API-based integrations.?
? Digital onboarding, KYC, documentation, and compliance workflows for outward remittances.?
? Ability to translate complex regulatory and payment concepts into simple value propositions for CXOs and product/tech stakeholders at OTAs and education partners.?
? Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable leading enterprise discussions independently.?
? Data-driven, comfortable with dashboards and sales CRM to manage funnel and reporting.?
