Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of
Cloud Telephony, Contact Center Solutions, Customer Engagement Platforms, Audio Conferencing, and Virtual Events
Manage and grow
enterprise and SMB accounts
Own the complete sales cycle from
lead generation to deal closure, account management, and retention
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and propose
customized, value-driven solutions
Work closely with product and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive
organic growth
Handle negotiations, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and documentation in
CRM
Stay updated with
digital selling methods and market trends
Desired Candidate Profile
5-8 years of
B2B / Enterprise Sales
experience
Proven track record in
SaaS / Cloud Telephony / UCaaS / CCaaS sales
Experience selling to
large enterprises or SMB clients
Exposure to
international sales
and
WhatsApp / Omnichannel solutions
is a plus
Strong
consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation
skills
Ability to articulate
quantitative and qualitative business value
Comfortable working in a
