We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the UCaaS and CCaaS business for the organization at an independent level and work independently as well as with a team.
Roles and responsibility
The role will be to develop and deliver cloud telephony products, contact center solution, customer engagement platforms, audio conferencing and virtual events to clients. This will include managing key relationships with clients, advising them on strategy, proposing and supporting appropriate solutions, negotiating engagements, dealing with any escalations, and ensuring seamless delivery of Solution to help our clients modernize their application.
This role requires a passionate, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach and provides the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands within the BFSI, FMCG, ITES, financial services, and automotive sectors.
Should be able to achieve organic growth of the existing product portfolio, as well as acquiring new clients through business relationships.
Understand customers' requirement and implement appropriate solutions in coordination with the product team
Responsible for the entire sales process customer acquisition to closure, account management and retention.
Maintain high level of customer engagement, relationship and proactive engagement with customers to identify opportunities and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
B2B Selling exposure and demonstrated and successful track record in selling Cloud telephony/SAAS services to Large or SMB accounts. International sales exposure and prior experience in handling WhatsApp and omnichannel solutions will be an added advantage.
