Profile Overview:
The
Enterprise Sales Manager
will focus on targeting, engaging, and converting
enterprise-level hospitality property groups
that fit Yanolja Cloud Solution's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
This role demands strong relationship-building with decision-makers, a consultative sales approach, and in-depth understanding of hospitality technology.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise or key account sales, preferably within the
hospitality or SaaS industry
, and will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth across India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and target
enterprise hospitality groups
, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hotel chains aligned with Yanolja's ICP.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as
owners, general managers, and IT heads
.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in
hospitality industry events, trade shows, and on-site visits
to generate qualified leads and close deals.
Present and demonstrate
Yanolja Cloud Solution's product suite
(PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Payment Solutions, Revenue Management, etc.) to enterprise clients.
Prepare and deliver
sales proposals, quotations, and customized presentations
for enterprise prospects.
Achieve and exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual enterprise sales targets
.
Collaborate with
Marketing, Product, and Support teams
to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to retention.
Maintain accurate
CRM (HubSpot)
records of all prospects, activities, and deal progress.
Stay informed about
market trends, competitors, and emerging hospitality technology innovations
across India.
Key Competencies for the Role:
Enterprise Sales Expertise:
Proven success in managing long sales cycles and closing large-scale enterprise deals.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of hospitality operations, PMS, and hotel technology systems.
Consultative Selling:
Ability to identify customer pain points and align Yanolja's solutions to business needs.
Relationship Building:
Strong networking skills and the ability to engage decision-makers at all organizational levels.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
CRM & Reporting:
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
Result Orientation:
Driven to achieve and exceed enterprise-level sales goals consistently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification is required.
3+ years of experience
in Enterprise or Key Account Sales within
hospitality, SaaS, or technology solutions
.
Strong knowledge of
hotel operations, PMS, and cloud-based hospitality systems
is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles and close complex deals.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and presentation
skills.
Willingness to
travel extensively
across India for client meetings and events.
Self-motivated
, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred:
Existing
network and relationships
with enterprise hospitality groups in India.
Familiarity with
OTAs, property management systems, inventory distribution, hotel chain CRMs,
and
cloud-based hospitality technology
