Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:



Develop a roadmap for business expansion by onboarding B2C clients. Increase market distribution and nurture strong relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Drive new business acquisition, enhance customer loyalty, and build long-term external partnerships. Build strategic alliances with brands, especially in the B2C category. Handle queries related to business association and streamline the onboarding process. Plan and optimise business models for improved performance and reduced operational costs. Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, social media, networking, and events. Manage outbound leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Maintain and strengthen client relationships while influencing long-term strategic direction. Conduct platform demonstrations for prospective clients. Develop customised solutions by understanding client requirements and aligning them with our tech platform. Acquire high-value clients by building a robust pipeline and driving closures.

Requirements:



Proven experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry, particularly in D2C seller acquisition. Strong ability to drive business targets directly and through cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to make dynamic decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative team player with strong collaboration skills. Empathetic communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?95,000.00 per month
