We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition in the IT Infrastructure space. This role demands a strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in winning large enterprise accounts and closing high-value infrastructure deals.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new enterprise customers for IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Assess market opportunities, define target accounts, and drive new logo acquisition.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle for enterprise solutions, including:
  • Data center and server solutions
  • Storage and networking
  • Information and cyber security
  • Cloud and hosting services
  • Business computing and power solutions
  • Surveillance, conference room solutions, and structured cabling
  • Software services, licensing, and compliance
  • Big data and analytics solutions
  • Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Track competitive intelligence and support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive account growth through effective client retention, upselling, and long-term relationship management.
Candidate Profile
  • MBA or graduate with strong experience in enterprise IT infrastructure sales.
  • Proven success in new business development and enterprise account acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand complex infrastructure solutions and articulate value to enterprise customers.
