Role Overview



We are looking for a highly experienced

Enterprise Sales Manager

with a strong background in

B2B SaaS or technology sales

within the

Apparel, Lifestyle, or Fashion

domain. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large deal sizes, selling to enterprise CXO-level clients, and independently driving the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

enterprise sales for SaaS products

within the apparel, lifestyle, or fashion industry. Manage

end-to-end sales cycles

-- from lead generation and demos to commercial negotiation and closure. Handle

large deal sizes

(minimum ?40L ARR or higher) independently. Build and maintain strong relationships with

CXO / senior-level stakeholders

(CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CMOs). Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets. Utilize

CRM and lead generation tools

to manage pipeline and forecast sales accurately. Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Manage renewals, upselling, and long-term account relationships for strategic growth.

Mandatory Criteria



Experience:

Minimum 8+ years in sales, including

4+ years in Enterprise SaaS / B2B Tech Sales

.

Industry Background:

Must have sold technology, platforms, or enterprise solutions to

Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle

sector (e.g., ERP, PLM, supply chain, or digital transformation tools).

Deal Experience:

Proven track record managing

large enterprise deals (?40L ARR or above)

.

Stakeholder Management:

Strong experience selling to

CXO / senior executives

in enterprise accounts.

Tools:

Proficiency in

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM

, and

LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo

for pipeline and lead management.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling value propositions.

Education:

Master's degree preferred (MBA or equivalent).

Experience in

virtual or hybrid sales teams

and managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.

Pay: ₹3,400,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
