We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive the expansion of our AI-powered FMCG platform. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with on-ground client engagement. You will manage a high-performing sales team, execute strategic sales initiatives, and oversee key enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives to build a high-performing, target-driven sales team
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement plans to increase market penetration in the FMCG sector
Performance Oversight:
Set team goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent revenue achievement
Pipeline Management:
Manage the complete sales cycle--from prospecting to closing--with accurate CRM forecasting
Client Management:
Lead key negotiations, support major deals, and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance go-to-market execution
Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proven ability to scale sales teams and consistently achieve revenue targets
Strong analytical mindset with a structured, process-focused approach
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders
