Job Summary
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for driving
revenue growth, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and acquiring new large
customers. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, experience working with CXO-level stakeholders, and the ability to sell complex IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Own and grow enterprise and large mid-market accounts across assigned territories/verticals
Drive new business acquisition and expand wallet share within existing customers
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (revenue, pipeline, and margin)
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Account Management
Act as the single point of contact for key enterprise customers
Develop long-term account plans aligned with customer business objectives
Manage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Solution Selling & Engagement
Position and sell enterprise IT solutions, including:
o Cloud (AWS, Azure)
o Cybersecurity
o Networking & Infrastructure
o Managed Services
o Data Center & End-User Computing
Engage with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design winning solutions
Partner & OEM Management
Collaborate with OEMs and distributors for joint opportunities
Manage deal registrations, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Participate in joint customer meetings and partner events
Forecasting & Reporting
Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly/monthly reports
Track competition, market trends, and customer insights
Maintain CRM hygiene and documentation
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience
8-15 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B IT Sales
Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions
Experience working with large Indian enterprises, PSUs, or MNCs preferred
Skills
Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred

Pay: ?491,094.30 - ?1,538,699.23 per year
