Summary The Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager works in conjunction with the General Counsel for GE HealthCare, South Asia, to strengthen the legal, compliance, and enterprise risk management (ERM) framework in GE Healthcare South Asia. The candidate is expected to play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of a robust ERM program in the region. The candidate will provide support to the Board and Management of Wipro GE HealthCare, to help drive the set-up, development, and execution a comprehensive risk and governance strategy, and support key legal governance and compliance initiatives to ensure sustainable and compliant business growth. Primary Responsibility Building on existing control mechanisms, the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager is expected to design and develop an enterprise risk management framework to arrive at top risks and facilitate discussion in the Management Team and with the Board. Be responsible for the development of accurate and relevant risk reports, including emerging trends for use by Management Teams and the Board. Be responsible for the development and monitoring of actionable risk management and risk mitigation plans, including associated metrics to manage risks and to monitor and report on status Provide support to specific projects undertaken to strengthen overall control and review by the Audit Committee of the Board in conjunction with members of the legal and finance team Work closely with the GE HealthCare Global ERM, legal, and compliance teams to share best practices, help in key global projects, replicate best practices in the region, and promote a culture of unyielding integrity Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor\'s degree A minimum of seven years of professional experience in compliance, law, internal audit, controllership, or a related field or control environment with exposure to enterprise risk management. Proven analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills Process and detail-oriented, including strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Strong oral and written communication skills professional fluency in English Strong Word, Power Point, and Excel skills Desired Characteristics Ability to work across cross functional teams to drive desired outcomes, strong facilitation and presentation skills, with proven ability to prepare, present, and discuss findings and recommendations at a senior level and produce clear and compelling reports Proven ability to digest large amounts of information and distill into the essential elements Highest personal integrity with demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters in a discreet and respectful manner Proven track record of working with Senior Management cross functionally to undertake strategic projects Legal counsel experience providing legal advice to complex businesses GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
