About the role




As an

Associate Director, Marketing Lead for Enterprise Platform Services (EPS)

you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the

Global Technology Service Line Marketing

team, collaborating with Tech Marketing leader and team, EPS Business Leaders and other marketing disciplines. You will be expected to drive awareness for our solution capabilities and help originate new opportunities within this service line. This role is based in India and will have an immediate impact on the organization by combining aspects of messaging, positioning, branding, and capability-awareness generation. In this role, you will:



Develop strategic marketing plans in close collaboration with service line leaders for key enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Pega, and Enterprise Integration Orchestrate cross-functional marketing initiatives that unify messaging and execution across various enterprise platform service teams. Lead global go-to-market (GTM) programs for priority offerings, including strategic messaging, value propositions, and high-impact executive events. Own and evolve content strategy across digital channels--web, social, and experiential--ensuring relevance, distinctiveness, and buyer engagement. Drive integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities in target platform areas. Serve as the marketing advisor to service line leadership, bringing insights on buyer personas, competitive dynamics, and tech trends. Collaborate with regional and vertical marketing teams to ensure consistent understanding and promotion of offerings across geographies. Monitor market intelligence to refine narratives and optimize marketing investments that support pipeline growth and sales success.

What you must have to be considered



12+ years of experience in product/services and content marketing within the IT services industry. Educational qualifications: MBA (Marketing or IT) and Engineering degree preferred. Understanding (business & market context) of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, and Pega, with strong understanding of application architecture and market differentiation. Proven experience in partner marketing, including joint GTM strategies and effective utilization of Marketing Development Funds (MDF). Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate complex ideas clearly. Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating business goals into impactful marketing programs and content. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across product, sales, and partner teams in a global matrixed environment. A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges. These will help you succeed



Hands-on field marketing experience, with success in executing digital and physical B2B Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Noida, UP / Chennai, TN.
