WEBSTEP is expanding its footprint in the UAE & Middle East and is looking for a results-driven Enterprise IT Sales Executive to spearhead business development initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling IT solutions to enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles with strategic finesse.
Key Responsibilities
Accelerate revenue growth by identifying and converting high-potential leads into long-term enterprise clients within the UAE & ME IT sector.
Design and execute robust sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and evolving market dynamics.
Build a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and document activity through CRM platforms.
Deliver high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of WEBSTEP's IT offerings.
Conduct detailed client needs assessments to recommend integrated IT solutions spanning software, hardware, and managed services.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted digital transformation partner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Based in UAE with the flexibility to travel across Emirates & ME; UAE driving license is preferred.
Self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to operate autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage), with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of B2B IT sales experience in the UAE & ME, with a solid track record in closing enterprise deals.
