We are seeking an experienced

Enterprise Insights & GPT Platform Administrator

to manage, optimize, and scale our Glean platform and associated AI/insights tools. This role will ensure data integrity, oversee platform performance, and enable business teams to leverage AI-driven insights effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the

Glean enterprise insights and GPT platform

, including access management, integrations, and system updates. Collaborate with business stakeholders to

ensure data quality and usability

for reporting and AI-driven insights. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to

maximize adoption and efficiency

. Develop and maintain

documentation, training materials, and best practices

for end users. Support initiatives to

leverage AI tools

for advanced analytics, automation, and business decision-making.

Education

Minimum Required:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar

Skills Required

Experience with

enterprise AI platforms, GPT integrations, or data analytics tools

. Strong technical skills in

data management, platform administration, and user support

. Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience with

process optimization and adoption of AI-driven tools

is a plus.
