We are seeking a Sales professional to drive EV-focused workforce development programs with OEMs, component manufacturers, and green mobility players. This role is pivotal in building India's EV talent pool through industry-academia skilling collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with EV industry stakeholders including OEMs, battery manufacturers, infra providers, and e-mobility startups.
Map workforce capability needs across roles like EV maintenance, battery safety, charging infra, and drive systems.
Propose end-to-end skilling solutions using immersive content, simulations, and practical workshops.
Build partnerships with ITIs, engineering colleges, and CSR foundations to expand outreach.
Collaborate with delivery and tech teams to ensure scalable and compliant program rollouts.
Contribute to curriculum roadmap with market insights on evolving EV standards and regulations.
Develop industry recognition by associating with bodies like ASDC, SIAM, and EV think tanks.
Meet quarterly revenue, activation, and partnership targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
5-10 years of enterprise sales experience in EdTech/EV, automotive, or green energy sectors.
Strong understanding of EV workforce needs and ecosystem players.
