Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership Company: Honeywell Position: Sr. Data Analyst Experience: 7 - 12 years Location: Bangalore The Data Quality COE Organization setup under the Enterprise Information Management establishes the standards, processes, and tools to help businesses manage the hygiene of their Critical Data Elements. This Organization works closely with Enterprise IT teams, and SBG Business Teams to enforce data quality standards. This opening is for the position of \'Sr. Data Analyst\' reporting to the Data Quality COE Leader based in Bangalore. If selected, for this role you will be: .Enabling identification of Critical Data Elements (CDE) aligned to key business processes, writing Data Quality (DQ) rules, publishing metrics, and data remediation .Analyzing the impact of Data quality on Process & operation excellence to identify opportunities to improve them. .Executing the Data Quality framework/Strategy/Roadmap for EIM with a specific focus on Master, transaction, and KPI Data. .Guiding the technical team in the development of IDQ mapping for implementation of Data Quality rules and then execution. Provide support to convert DQ rules into technical rules through field-level data mapping. .Supporting Master Data Management (MDM) deployment and process improvement initiatives by measuring and improving the Data Quality of Master Data in source systems. .Working closely with the Domain and SBG Data Stewards along with the Data Governance Leader, in establishing Data Quality Standards, Processes, and tools. .Helping data acquisition from different Standard and nonstandard enterprise data sources. Building strategy along with the IT team to pull data from different source systems. .Helping help businesses write good data quality rules and remediation data quality issues through recommendations leveraging advanced talents in the team (like data science etc.) .Working in a cross-functional team environment and communicating with multiple constituents Skills/Experience .Very good understanding of SAP/other ERP Master Data Structure (like Customer Master, Material Master, Product Master, Vendor Master, Contract, Chart of Account, etc.). .Experience in key process areas like procurement, manufacturing, sales, quality, etc. will be added advantage. .Very good exposure to ERP Masters and salesforce data models (table and object level) like a customer, vendor, accounts, Product , etc., .Very good understanding of Data Quality Dimensions/Characteristics. ands-on experience in driving data quality measurement and improvement. .5 plus years of IT experience with at least 2 years of hands-on work in ERP with specific experience in Extract, Analyzing, Transform, Load data from SAP/ERP and working with Integration tools/technologies. .Hands-on experience in Data Analysis models that will help explore, analyze, and remediate data quality issues. .Hands-on experience with HANA, BO, SQL, Informatica IDQ, Power Exchange, Power Center, etc. is added advantage. .Excellent / Effective communications and Presentation skills Educational qualification and experience: .Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Engineering, and Computer Science. .Minimum 3 large-scale Data Quality projects involving SAP/Salesforce Master Data structure. (Material, Customer, Vendor etc.) .Certification in Informatica Master Data Management, and Informatica Data Quality are preferred. .Masters in IT would be an added advantage
