About the Role:
As an Account Director Enterprise, the person will be part of the Enterprise Segment for South Region Direct Sales. This role will focus on driving adoption of Cloud within Enterprise accounts, focusing on AWS cloud consulting services. Role expects the team member to be business savvy and should have technical sales background necessary to help establish Rapyder in the Enterprise Segment.
The person will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and managing strategic accounts and commercial deals with to drive business growth for Rapyder. The person will work closely with leadership to develop initiatives, plan events and sales strategies along with the partners to meet defined performance, engagement and revenue growth objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Drive sales growth and team development through the creation of Enterprise strategy, sales management and strategic leadership
2.Develop and execute business development strategy and plan - both short and long-term.
3.Responsible for company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of market revenue generation from Enterprise Sales vertical
4.Put in place Strategies and plans to ensure 100% presence across all emerging business opportunities within the identified business verticals & also ensure that the company emerges in Competitive and winning positions
5.Apply strategic go-to-market models and more tactical approaches to grow profitable Enterprise engagements and revenue base.
6.Build a cohesive, productive team, leverage individual skills and collective talents for making winning proposals and associated business development efforts.
7.Conceptualizing and executing strategy and market plans for increased sales growth and business development.
8.Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs in key accounts. Should be able to conduct mass presentations, conducting demos of AWS solutions, understanding and contributing to pre-sales SOW/documentation. Avoid dependence on pre-sales for first level calls.
9.Work with ISV/OEM /AWS BDMs to extend reach & drive adoption. Cadences with AWS teams and planning jointly with our principal OEM, is a major weekly need of this role
10.Work closely with Marketing to ensure to help launch account specific plans, workshops, engagement programs.
11.Market Intelligence - Build account specific databases, contacts through social media, web research. Collect account buying behavior data and knowledge of the domain/industry/govt policies/technology trends.
