Job Description
Able to work effectively (independently and/or within teams) across functional areas in a collaborative environment. As a techno-functional analyst, understand business processes across the enterprise and convert them into powerful digital solutions With guidance maintain UX industrialization standards across the enterprise. Apply these standards as a mandate during the very early stages of software development to ensure a highly usable product Eager to learn principles of design thinking, abstraction and UX industrialization. With help develop testing and validation mechanisms with the UI development team to create a constant feedback loop for faster iterations Get trained on new functionality as required. Document procedures for system updates and maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs. Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Administration / Design or equivalent 1-3 year of Experience in UX Design, UI Development, UX Product Management is required .
