Within the Digital function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the Digital Transformation, from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple, flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and PSL's while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions - to REPORTING through consolidated views, highlighting hotspots and relevant needs for support & decision-making.
In India, the Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation team plays a key transversal role promoting synergies between multiple domains across Airbus worldwide with a flexible and adaptable approach which helps in sharing best practices, architecture, innovation, operational excellence and being efficient with cost, quality and time.
Furthermore, Airbus Defence and Space leads the transformation of the aerospace industry by leading the green commercial aviation roadmap while meeting Environmental, Societal & Governance expectations, in particular with ZEROe and Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
In this context, a position has become available in the Architecture Governance & Repository team within Airbus Defence and Space. The team's core mission is to provide and maintain transparency over the architecture landscape throughout the enterprise ensuring its quality and completeness to enable strategic decisions to be made based on up-to-date and accurate information - hence contributing to the Digital/Business Strategy by providing insights into the current state of the landscape and highlighting anomalies and inefficiencies in the enterprise to drive improvements to the future state (strategy). The team is also responsible for delivering and maintaining the enterprise architecture repository product and service that supports the enterprise architecture process within the division.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the data capture and maintenance relating to all existing information systems in the scope of the division's official enterprise architecture repository, ensuring data completeness and quality
Contribute to the enterprise architecture repository product evolution including its associated change management activities
Responsible for supporting the systems owner community to provide adequate and accurate data input about their respective systems following the repository's data model and methods consistently.
Maintains and provides a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, and information systems to support/ enable the different stakeholders to improve decision-making, better governance, and increased efficiency in managing and evolving the organization's IT landscape
Capitalise on Project and Solution architecture challenges of his/her domain to propose Architecture discipline improvement.
Ensure IM landscape Integration and Operational viability of new products, defining and supporting Operation Conditions of Success (means, skills, process ...) with Product / Project teams to guarantee Product Robustness, Scalability, Performance and Security

Qualification & Experience:
Experience with IT Architecture Documentation: ARD writing, ARD review and HLDD following Airbus Central architectural process and guidelines
Drive the adherence of Architecture to Airbus Patterns via the ARD Review Process
At least 8+ years of Architecture experience working across multiple platforms and technologies with a proven ability to design scalable and cost-effective Solutions.
Strong knowledge of Airbus IM standards and Airbus Policies and Procedures
Understanding of Hosting, Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity , Identity and Access Management, Extended Enterprise
Knowledge in Digital Technologies and potential usage / benefits of these technologies for the business
Ability to tackle of large range of security topics from hardware, networks, systems, applications to data, and new digital capabilities
Understanding of security by design principles, architecture level security, API security, and Zero Trust security concepts
International experience and experience in working with multicultural teams
High level of Soft skills: conflict management, stakeholder management
Inspires trust, demonstrates flexibility, encourages frequent open communications and welcomes feedback
English language proficiency
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and integrate in a transnational team setup
Experience with Alfabet technology from Bizzdesign is an advantage
ITIL certification is an advantage
