Summary: As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to articulate a compelling enterprise architecture vision, target state, and transformation roadmap. You will engage in discussions that shape the future of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services. - Experience with system integration and API management. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
