Where You'll Make a DifferenceDefine and maintain enterprise-wide architecture artifacts and standards while applying frameworks like TOGAF/Zachman. Govern architecture principles through ARB and ensure compliance with security and data policies while enhancing agile practices. Manage LeanIX repositories and APM/APR insights, introducing automation for maturity improvement. Drive build-vs-buy decisions balancing compliance, cost, and innovation, factoring market trends and vendor roadmaps. Lead integration for acquisitions/divestitures, applying domain expertise (Manufacturing/R&D). Collaborate with Infra, Apps, SAP, and Data architects while validating emerging AI architectures.

What Makes You the Right FitMaster's or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect. Proven experience in enterprise architecture governance and tooling (LeanIX). Strong knowledge of global IT operations and multi-regional dependencies. Strategic thinker and systems oriented. Comfortable influencing executives and driving change across global teams. Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach. Experience in project management and stakeholder management. Certifications: TOGAF is a must.
