Summary: As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to articulate a compelling enterprise architecture vision, target state, and transformation roadmap. You will engage in discussions that shape the future of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Your role will require you to analyze current systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise. You will also mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. - Experience with designing scalable and resilient cloud architectures. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. - Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
