CTG is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape technology strategy for Institutional Client Services. This role drives high-priority initiatives, ensures scalable and compliant solutions, and partners with senior leaders to deliver business impact.
Location: Remote (Travel to Buffalo, NY every 4-6 weeks; Mon-Thu in office)
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and high-level design frameworks.
Translate business goals into actionable solution architectures across cloud, microservices, and core banking systems.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, risk frameworks, and data privacy standards.
Guide cross-functional teams through architecture governance, solution delivery, and technology integration.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
7+ years in cloud architecture, including 3+ years in Azure hybrid environments.
Strong knowledge of institutional banking products (capital markets, investment management, structured finance, M&A).
Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman) and solution design.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
Experience driving innovation in financial services.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and product-centric delivery models.
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $48.37 to $80.62 per hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is offered. About Us:
