Role/ Job Title : Enterprise Architect Function/ Department: Information Technology Job Purpose: The role entails the responsibility to set the direction and establish the approach of bank\'s operations, improve the IT infrastructure, and optimize the business operations. The role holder is expected to integrate the bank\'s information applications and programs. It includes improving the current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and program Roles & Responsibilities: Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements Create business architecture models to reflect the bank\'s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals Responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components Evaluate systems engineering, talent recruiting and accounting models for discrepancies or vulnerabilities Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the bank\'s goals Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control Provide guidance and trainings to Project team members to impart knowledge and skills to support future growth Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets Key Success Metrics: Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables. Track improvements. Track L2, L3 escalations to closure Education Qualification (Fulltime): Bachelors in Math\'s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management Experience: 10 to 15 years in total experience and 7 years of relevant experience.
