Job Summary
The Enterprise Architect (IAM) plays a critical role in shaping the organization's access management strategies and solutions. This position is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures that align with both IT and business objectives, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring effective governance throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop And Implement Enterprise Architecture Solutions For Access Management And Identity Governance By Defining Frameworks That Optimize It Resources And Align With Business Goals.
2. Conduct Delivery Governance By Reviewing And Evaluating All Technical Solutions In Projects, Ensuring Compliance With Architectural Standards And Best Practices In Iam.
3. Lead Business Transformation Initiatives By Participating In Rfp/Rfi Processes, Conducting Due Diligence, And Providing Pre-Sales Support, Including Overseeing Proof-Of-Concept (Poc) Demonstrations To Validate Proposed Solutions.
4. Mentor And Guide Technical Architects In Access Management Technologies While Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Professional Development Within The Team.
Skill Requirements
1. Expert Knowledge In Access Management And Identity And Access Management (Iam) Technologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks And Methodologies.
3. Proficiency In Designing And Implementing It Optimization Strategies And Solutions.
4. Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Engagement Skills.
Other Requirements
1. Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism) Are Optional But Valuable
