What you will do: The IT Enterprise Architect will perform Enterprise Architecture (EA) duties specifically related to designing solution architecture, creating, and maintaining enterprise reference architecture blueprints for GQ&O Enterprise systems - Manufacturing ERP/Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing, OnePLM, MES, GQO Analytics, and Enterprise Planning and Logistics Operations (EPLO). This Enterprise Architect performs the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an enterprise solution architecture (ESA). Additionally, the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for assessing the design development of projects and initiatives from a product fit perspective to ensure compliance with IT strategy and enterprise architecture guidelines and principles. What you need: Provide technology/architecture recommendations based on business relevance , appropriate timing, and deployment. Responsible for enterprise solution design, end-to-end business process engineering and requirements mapping. Develop a road map of the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current to future state (as defined by the ESA). Define and maintain the blueprint reference architecture and work with the Build team to translate the blueprint to a solution architecture. Document necessary technical architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection. Analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy) to derive technical architecture. Oversee or consult on technical architecture (for example, systems) implementation and modification activities (for example, projects), particularly for new and/or shared solutions. Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards. Analyze industry trends, hype cycles for emerging technologies and ensure Stryker is adopting new technologies to address business needs by determining their potential impact on the enterprise. Facilitate digital strategy decisions and support Stryker in digitalization journey. Work closely with IT business partners to facilitate human-centric design and bring customer experience lens. Business Process expertise related to Procure to Pay and Forecast to Supply Experience in supporting multi-tier application architectures and working in an agile development environment. Education & Special Training: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Manufacturing ERP ( preferably SAP ), MES, Supply Chain, and other Enterprise Logistics Operations, service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network design, application development, ERP development/Service Delivery, and operations is required. Demonstrated experience supporting Manufacturing ERP/Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing, OnePLM, MES, GQO Analytics, and Enterprise Planning and Logistics Operations (EPLO). Strong experience designing solutions that align with the strategic architecture and roadmap for manufacturing and supply chain products. Support cross functional teams by providing technical strategy, reference architectures, solution design, interfaces and data flows. Advise the solution architects and help define optimal solutions for areas specific to Manufacturing ERP and Supply Chain solutions and business process areas. Understanding and awareness of latest trends in technologies. Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments. Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems. Ability to understand the long-term (\'big picture\') and short-term perspectives of situations. Ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives. Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Understanding of EA\'s role and possibilities in the current enterprise is also required. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
