In this role, you will act as the technical authority for Azure-based cloud migration and modernization programs. You will define target-state architectures, select appropriate Azure services, and guide teams through complex migration journeys. Working closely with engineering, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that cloud solutions follow best practices, governance standards, and the Azure Well-Architected Framework. This position requires both hands-on expertise and architectural leadership in enterprise environments.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Azure cloud architectures that meet business, security, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Define target-state and transition architectures for migrated applications, data, and infrastructure.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives, including assessment, planning, and execution using strategies such as rehost, refactor, replatform, retire, or retain.
• Plan and execute migrations using Azure-native tools for compute, data, and infrastructure modernization.
• Architect and implement solutions using core Azure services across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
• Establish hybrid and multi-cloud integration approaches where required.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance through policies, monitoring, identity controls, and best-practice frameworks.
• Define and implement high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to cloud and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical decision forums, and stakeholder discussions.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in cloud architecture and solution design.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and enterprise-scale cloud environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Deep understanding of networking, security, identity, and infrastructure design principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures.
• Exposure to containerization, microservices, and enterprise landing zone concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a leadership mindset.
