As an L2 Engineer, you are part of a 24/5 support for HCM team that is responsible for migration, incident operations, problem investigation, management and resolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer needs and react quickly to support and operations issues.
The Application Support group is a part of NetApp's IT function and is responsible for a wide range of applications expertise. As a part of a team, you will help to ensure that team objectives and operational goals are met.

Essential functions:
Provide specific technology operations support during assigned shift. Handle incident tickets, migrations, speak with end-users, work on problem tickets and resolve critical operations issues rapidly and effectively.
Should have 4-5 years of working experience on SAP CPI,SAP IBP to apply principles, concepts and best practices in supporting developed solutions and strategies
Overall order based planning process understanding including the results of Confirmation run for scheduling and shipping process, gating factor and supply usage
ABC XYZ segmentation, Product life cycle management, Stastical forecast generation configuration Along
Understanding of customization in the IBP using key figure calculation and operator
Supporting on Supply planning engines like Heuristic with Customized solutioning and to understand Forecast consumption concepts
Cloud platform integration for Data services and HANA Smart Data Integration functional technical knowledge to understand the data flow and resolve issues
Role creation, Catalogs, user creation concepts understanding
Strong communication ,Strong presentation and writing skills
Updates customers and others on status of support issues via ticket updates in an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
Ability to follow standard ITIL support principles and processes
Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM support tools.
Willingness to stretch beyond office hours in case of priority issues
Have been part of implementation projects and handling L2 support
Provide expertise on all technical questions related to SAP CPI integration
Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to other team members
Education

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required; 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
An associate's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related field is required; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks.
