The Opportunity:
The Enterprise Administrator will be responsible for delivering technical support, managing enterprise systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. This role involves handling user lifecycle management, system administration, security checks, incident management, and supporting automation and workflow improvements through tools like Jira and Microsoft 365.
What you will be doing:
Systems & Enterprise Application Management:
+ Manage user directories, access permissions, and security group assignments.
+ Manage shared mailboxes, migration of Outlook mailboxes, configuring DLs, and mailbox access
+ Configure auto-forwarding rules and assist in O365 mailbox troubleshooting.
+ Lead OS deployment, updates, resets, and troubleshooting on user devices.
User Onboarding & Offboarding
+ Create new user accounts across systems.
+ Assign licenses, security groups, CloudPC/physical devices.
+ Conduct laptop setup calls and ensure device readiness.
+ Support complete lifecycle of user offboarding including access revocation.
User Support & IT Operations
+ Lead first-level and technical support for user-reported issues, system errors, and IT requests.
+ Troubleshoot software, hardware, camera/microphone issues, and application-related problems (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
+ Raise and track tickets with Microsoft Support, Dell TechDirect, or other vendors for complex incidents
Asset Management
+ Maintain hardware inventory, asset tracking, and equipment allocation across office locations.
+ Manage device resets, OS troubleshooting, and hardware replacements
Security & Compliance Operations
+ Reviewing Microsoft 365 alerts.
+ Monitoring and handling TechOps IT incidents.
+ Handle security incident creation, device non-compliance RCA, and remediation.

.Technology Projects
+ Implement and manage enterprise technology initiatives and automation improvements.
+ Support Jira workflow optimization and Jira automation for IT processes.
What you will need to be successful in the role (Tech Competencies)
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD/Entra ID, and endpoint management (Intune).
Skilled in Jira Service Management, and Jira automation (workflow rules, triggers, forms, approvals).
Experience with software packaging and application deployment via Intune Company Portal.
Proficient with laptop setup, OS reset procedures, compliance troubleshooting, and device configuration.
Knowledge of BitLocker and device compliance policies.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
What required for the role:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
2+ years in IT Support, Enterprise Administration, System Administration, or similar role.
Hands-on experience in user onboarding/offboarding, license assignment, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with IT asset management and inventory handling.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred/Plus Certifications:
+ Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, SC-900, etc.) + ITIL Foundation
+ CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+
+ Jira Administration certifications (if available)
+ Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
